About
For four years, we’ve been building a supportive community for therapists—fostering growth through supervision, training, and networking. What began as a small initiative has evolved into a thriving space for learning & connection.
The Full Story
In 2021, Drishti and Urvashi, once together at University, were discussing how being a psychologist in private practice, can be very isolating.. from working with clients everyday and overcoming imposter syndrome, to making the right business decisions, there are no guidelines!
It felt like a gaping hole, we were sure if we felt lost, there might be others too?
So, after months of brainstorming, surveying and talking to other professionals in the field, we came up with the idea, to start free Peer Supervision Sessions for Early-Career Mental Health Professionals.
And so, InPsyd was launched. Our intention was simple, to understand what goes on inside the mind of psychologist, and how we can build a community to support them and cater to their needs.
As of 2025, we have run over 208+ Sessions for Mental Health Professions, a Book Club and several Workshops and Theme-Based Sessions with experts from the field.
With each passing month, we are learning better about the needs of therapists in private practice, and trying to support them with new workshops, and events.
