Supervision

Nobody should be holding a difficult case alone

Two ways to think out loud about your work: one to one supervision with a senior practitioner, and Thoughtful Thursdays, where a small group brings live case material every week.

Individual supervision

One to one, with someone who has been there longer

Empanelled senior practitioners offering regular or one off supervision. You can ask for a specific person, or describe the work and let us suggest a fit.

Thoughtful Thursdays

Every Thursday, a room that already understands the work

Structured peer supervision in two tracks: individual work and couples work. Small groups, live case material, and no requirement to arrive with something polished.

Coming up

Sessions run every Thursday, 8:00 to 9:30 pm IST, alternating between individual work and couples work. The booking form lists the sessions coming up, and topics are shared with the group the week before, so each one follows what people are actually carrying.

Feedback

What the room has felt like

From practitioners who have brought a case to Thoughtful Thursdays.

  • The experience of the peer supervision was truly enriching. As someone in a private practice, I was looking for a space to meet other professionals to understand certain nuances better. The peer supervision at InPsyd did exactly that. It helped me feel less isolated and in turn helped me gain new perspectives to a lot of different situations. Would recommend this space to anyone looking to gain fresher perspectives or even just a community!

  • I have attended InPsyd Peer supervision group in the month of Jan–Feb. In all the six sessions therapists interacted, shared their perspective, experiences in their therapy rooms, shared their success stories and also made a safe space available for all the therapists to open up about their struggles and challenges. A great way to find support and learn together.

  • I found the peer supervision sessions to be very helpful! They gave new perspectives into both diagnosis and intervention. The case discussions were thorough and helped in working through common challenges such as feeling stuck. I felt the support I didn’t know I needed. I would highly recommend the peer supervision group to other mental health professionals! It will be like a group of professionals holding your hand when you’re feeling stuck.

Supervision is not a sign you are struggling.
It is how good practice stays good.

Bring the case that has been on your mind since Tuesday. Somebody in the room has probably held one like it.
